From my point of view, the success of the book lies in its focus on addressing human feelings and dealing with them intelligently in order to protect the psychological system inside the human body from any defect that may affect his health in general

 Stand up straight with your shoulders straight

Happiness is pointless, we're all on this Earth to suffer, So learn to suffer like a man. Not everyone can be as rich and successful as CEOs, but try to be less of a failure than you already are

 Treat yourself like someone you are responsible for helping

Here the writer tells you to make a bit of an effort to take care of yourself and stop waiting for other people to dig you out of your pitiful hole

 Befriend people who want the best for you

If you find a true friend willing to help and get you out of sadness make sure to keep him by your side and don't lose him.

From my point of view I think that rescuing cats on the street, especially in winter, so try to tell car owners not to drive their car in winter unless they warn animals that are sheltering from the cold under their cars
